Production Process

This is the initial and most critical phase where the product's blueprint is thoroughly tested before it goes into mass production. It involves creating prototypes and subjecting them to extensive testing to ensure the design is sound.

Material Inspection

This step involves the rigorous inspection of all incoming raw materials and components before they are used in assembly.

Stress Testing

Assembled units are subjected to conditions far more extreme than they would typically encounter in a normal operating environment.

72-Hour Aging Test

This process is extremely effective at weeding out units with defective electronic components (like LED chips or drivers) that would fail early in their lifespan (a phenomenon known as "infant mortality").

Photometric Calibration

This is the measurement and verification of the light's actual output. Specialized equipment, likely an integrating sphere or goniophotometer, is used.

Field Monitoring

This final step involves collecting performance data and feedback from products that have been installed and are operating in real-world environments.
